Terms of Service

Last updated July 11, 2026 · Veridion is operated by Qubrise Technologies

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you (or the organization you represent) and Qubrise Technologies, the operator of Veridion. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

What the service is — and is not

Veridion helps you organize, implement, and continuously verify security-compliance work: a control library mapped to common frameworks, automated read-only checks against tools you connect, evidence management, and reporting.

It is not a certification. Veridion does not issue SOC 2 reports, ISO 27001 certificates, or any other attestation — only accredited auditors and certification bodies can. Readiness scores, check results, and generated documents are informational tools, not legal or professional advice, and no result in Veridion guarantees you will pass an audit or are compliant with any law or framework. You remain responsible for your own compliance decisions.

Your account and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials and your organization's enrollment keys confidential; you are responsible for activity under them. You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other customers' data, disrupting the service, reselling it without our agreement, or using it for anything unlawful.

The website scanner and the Website/Domain connector may only be pointed at domains you own or are explicitly authorized to assess.

Integrations and the device agent

When you connect an integration or enroll a device, you confirm you are authorized to do so for that account or machine. Checks are read-only; we never modify your connected systems. Third-party providers may change their APIs at any time, and we are not responsible for their availability or for decisions they make about your accounts.

Your data

Everything you put into Veridion — controls, policies, evidence, credentials — remains yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We claim no other rights to it.

Plans and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. If we change prices, existing subscriptions get notice before the change applies. Refunds are handled case by case — email vinayak.ashwin@qubrise.com.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it fast and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation and current plans carry no formal SLA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qubrise Technologies's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including failed audits, lost profits, or regulatory penalties.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On termination we will delete your organization's data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we change them materially, we will update the date above and note the change in the app; continued use means acceptance. Questions: vinayak.ashwin@qubrise.com.
